SIEVED TOMATOES

Two parts round Torremaggiorese tomatoes, one part Prunilli cherry tomatoes blanched together for a few minutes, drained in steel colanders to remove all the liquid, sieved and packed in glass jars with a fresh basil leaf. No added colouring or preservatives.
