CANNED TOMATO

Round Torremaggiorese tomatoes, blanched for a few minutes, drained in steel colanders, sieved and then dried in a traditional way for twelve hours until obtaining from one hundred kilograms of tomato puree to six kilograms of tomato concentrate. No added colouring or preservatives.
