MADE TOMATO SAUCE WITH VEGETABLES
Two parts round Torremaggiorese tomatoes, one part Prunilli cherry tomatoes blanched together for a few minutes, drained in steel colanders and cooked for thirty minutes with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt and vegetables, then sieved and packed in glass jars. Acidity regulator, citric acid. Ingredients: white onion, basil, salt, extra virgin olive oil.
